Are you providing your body with all the necessary vitamins and minerals? If you're looking to gain muscle, are you getting enough protein in your diet?
By analyzing your diet, typically for 3 days, I can provide a comprehensive report with full recommendations.
Programme design
If you're happier training on your own, I can devise a programme for you to help you reach your goals. Programmes can be designed for anything between a 6 week to a 6 month period and will be specific to your needs, whatever they may be. |
